MOISSCode API Pricing

1. Service Description. Aethryva Deeptech Pvt. Ltd. ("Aethryva") provides the MOISSCode API ("Service"), a cloud-hosted biomedical computing platform for healthcare professionals, researchers, and developers.
2. Professional Use. The Service is designed for qualified professionals. All clinical outputs are intended to support, not replace, independent professional judgment. Users bear responsibility for validating outputs before applying to patient care.
3. API Keys. API keys are non-transferable and issued per organization. You are responsible for safeguarding your API key. Sharing keys with unauthorized parties will result in immediate revocation.
4. Rate Limits. Each subscription tier includes defined rate limits (monthly and per-minute). Exceeding these limits will result in HTTP 429 responses. Aethryva reserves the right to throttle or suspend accounts engaged in abusive usage.
5. Acceptable Use. You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; (b) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (c) resell API access without written authorization; (d) submit malicious code or payloads designed to disrupt the Service.
6. Uptime. Aethryva targets 99.9% uptime for Professional and Enterprise tiers. Sandbox and Starter tiers are provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee.
7. Data Privacy. The Service does not store patient data beyond the duration of a single API request. No personally identifiable information (PII) is logged. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Intellectual Property. MOISSCode, its documentation, and all associated materials are proprietary to Aethryva Deeptech Pvt. Ltd. and licensed under the Business Source License 1.1.
9. Limitation of Liability. Aethryva shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Termination. Aethryva may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
11. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
12. Amendments. Aethryva reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect.

All payments for MOISSCode API subscriptions are non-refundable. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed at the start of each billing period and are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for partial months, unused requests, or plan downgrades.
• If you cancel your subscription, you retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.
• The free Sandbox tier is available for evaluation before committing to a paid plan.
• In exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended service outage exceeding 72 hours), Aethryva may, at its sole discretion, offer service credits applicable to future billing periods.
